In case you were wondering where the name ManRay Labs comes from.. 

Manray was William Wegman's first famous Weimaraner, who was named after the artist Man Ray. (William Wegman's second Weimaraner was named Fayray..) We have been a fan of Wegman's work since the late 1970's when we showed his videos as part of the Matrix program (up and coming artists) at the University Art Museum at UC Berkeley.

Since I have two Weimaraners Max and Stella, and one of my previous dogs Eli was part Labrador, ManRay Labs is really in honor of them.
